This charming hotel offers an authentic Amsterdam experience with friendly staff ready to assist. The central location makes exploring a breeze, with museums and cafes within walking distance. Just be mindful of steep stairs if you have mobility concerns and breakfast options could use improvement.

The beautifully restored building provides a homely atmosphere, and the room was elegantly furnished with high-quality linens. Breakfast included a range of creative dishes that were delightful and well-presented. the steep stairs can be challenging for those not accustomed to climbing, and the air conditioning was outdated and often required manual intervention. Despite these issues, the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating luggage transport, and responded graciously by offering complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience of the air conditioning.

We had a lovely stay in a cozy room with comfortable bed linens and enjoyed the delicious home-cooked breakfast every morning. The hotel also offers a charming garden area and a cozy common room perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just be warned about the narrow stairs if you're on a higher floor, but it's worth it! 😊

Noise from the streets can be a bit disruptive in the front-facing rooms, potentially making it challenging to get a good night's rest. For breakfast, while options are plentiful, the high price tag of €25 each may leave some feeling it doesn't quite add up with what’s on offer. Lastly, connectivity issues with WiFi can present a hassle if you're looking to stay connected during your trip.

Hotel 717 has a beautifully furnished top floor suite with cozy vintage furniture and sumptuous bed linens. The cooked breakfast, while a bit pricey, was extremely enjoyable and the service was attentive.

Just a balanced option for a short layover in Amsterdam with excellent value for money. The staff really went above and beyond, rushing out with towels when I got caught in the rain. Remember to pack lightly since the stairs are steep.
